PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS
Prosedur Tempahan & Terma Bayaran
- Mengisi maklumat tempahan dan menyerahkan kembali ke wakil perunding kembara.
- Bayaran deposit minimum yang ditetapkan semasa membuat tempahan.
- Baki, ansuran, bayaran penuh atau sebarang aturan bayaran hendaklah dijelaskan selewat-lewatnya 45 hari sebelum tarikh penerbangan.
- Sekiranya tiada bayaran penuh diterima dalam tempoh 45 hari sebelum tarikh penerbangan, Nomad Travel berhak membatalkan tempahan dan bayaran deposit tidak akan dikembalikan.
- Bayaran hendaklah dibuat secara Tunai / Deposit Tunai / ‘Online Transfer’ ke akaun bank berikut:

Terma Perubahan & Pembatalan
- Nomad Travel mesti dimaklumkan secara bertulis atau diemailkan ke nomadtravelsb[at]gmail.com tentang sebarang perubahan dan pembatalan.
- Notis perubahan dan pembatalan akan dianggap telah diterima selepas pengesahan dari Nomad Travel dalam masa 24 jam selepas ‘grace period’. Sepanjang ‘grace period’ sebarang perubahan dan pembatalan boleh ditarik balik oleh pelanggan.
- Sebarang perubahan kali pertama dibenarkan tanpa sebarang caj dan Nomad Travel mesti dimaklumkan selewat-lewatnya 61 hari dari tarikh pelepasan asal.
- Sekiranya tempahan yang disahkan dibatalkan sepenuhnya / sebahagiannya oleh peserta, caj pembatalan akan dikenakan seperti berikut:
- 61 hari sebelum tarikh pelepasan : Pengembalian deposit dan tertakluk kepada caj pentadbiran RM200/pax
- 31 – 60 hari sebelum tarikh pelepasan: Deposit tidak dikembalikan dan hangus
- 30 hari sebelum tarikh pelepasan: Caj 100% dari harga pakej
- Sekiranya peserta “No Show”, tiada bayaran balik sepenuhnya atau sebahagiannya akan diberikan untuk perkhidmatan dalam program yang tidak digunakan
Booking Procedure & Payment Terms
- Fill in the booking information and submit it back to the travel consultant representative.
- A minimum deposit payment is required at the time of booking.
- The balance, installment, full payment, or any payment arrangements must be settled at least 45 days before the departure date.
- If full payment is not received within 45 days before the departure date, Nomad Travel reserves the right to cancel the booking, and the deposit will not be refunded.
- Payments must be made in Cash / Cash Deposit / Online Transfer to the following bank accounts:

– Note: (Trip Name / Travel Consultant / Agent) - Please attach or email the payment slip once the payment is made.
Change & Cancellation Terms
- Nomad Travel must be notified in writing or via email at nomadtravelsb[at]gmail.com regarding any changes and cancellations.
- The notice of changes and cancellations will be considered received after confirmation from Nomad Travel within 24 hours after the grace period. During the grace period, any changes and cancellations can be revoked by the customer.
- The first change is allowed without any charges, and Nomad Travel must be notified at least 61 days before the original departure date.
- If a confirmed booking is fully or partially canceled by the participant, cancellation charges will apply as follows:
- – 61 days before the departure date: Deposit refund subject to an administration fee of RM200/pax
– 31 – 60 days before the departure date: Deposit is non-refundable and forfeited
– 30 days before the departure date: 100% of the package price will be charged - If the participant is a “No Show,” no partial or full refund will be given for unused services in the program.
